What:  We’ll talk about the art of tasting olive oils and Balsamics (similar to a wine tasting technique).  Then we’ll sample olive oils from Tuscany, France, and Greece.  Our Balsamic lineup is aged from 3 – 30 years.  See if you can visualize (or taste-ize) a fine balsamic on some ice cream or fresh fruit. When:  Any evening Mon-Sat after 6pm.  The events usually last 1-1 ˝ hours, and then folks often retire to a nice dinner in Snider Plaza.
