Our website provides information about Flavors From Afar, a Pan-African Bistro & Wine Bar in Los Angeles, including our menus, wines, operating hours, experiences, dining reservations, online ordering, private events, catering, and careers.
We work to keep information accurate and current. However, menus, ingredients, prices, service hours, special offers, events, and availability may change. For time-sensitive information, please contact the restaurant or check the booking or ordering page before making arrangements.
2. Reservations
Reservations may be made through OpenTable or another reservation method identified on our website. A reservation is confirmed only when the applicable booking process provides confirmation.
Availability, party-size limits, changes, cancellations, deposits, no-show charges, and late-arrival arrangements, if applicable, will be disclosed through the reservation process or communicated in connection with the booking. Please review those details before confirming a reservation.

3. Online Ordering and Payments
Our website may direct guests to Toast for pickup or delivery orders. Ordering availability, preparation estimates, delivery coverage, payment options, order modifications, cancellation eligibility, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions displayed in the applicable ordering process and any rights provided by law.
An item appearing on a menu does not guarantee that it is available for ordering at a particular time. Please review your order details, including quantities, pickup or delivery method, applicable taxes, and any disclosed charges, before submitting payment.
4. Restaurant Experiences and Special Events
Our website may describe dining experiences, special menus, live music, and other restaurant programming. Flavors From Afar does not sell event tickets through this website. When reservations are available for an experience, the relevant page will direct guests to the approved reservation process or provide contact information.
Schedules, performers, menus, pricing, and availability may change. Any event-specific reservation conditions, deposits, or cancellation rules—if applicable—must be disclosed through the relevant booking process or separately communicated to the guest. 5. Private Events, Catering, and Group Events
Information on our Private Events, Catering, and Birthday Celebration pages is provided to help guests explore available services. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking.
Final availability, guest counts, menus, pricing, minimums, deposits, staffing, service arrangements, and cancellation terms, where applicable, will be set out in a proposal, confirmation, or separate written agreement approved by the parties.
6. Gift Cards
Where available, gift cards may be offered through a designated gift-card provider. Information about purchase, delivery, balance inquiries, and redemption will be displayed through the relevant provider or on our Gift Cards page.
Gift-card rights and restrictions are governed by applicable law and any valid, disclosed terms of the particular gift-card product. Nothing in these Terms removes cash-redemption, expiration, or fee protections provided by law.
